Wisapur 555-2

• Wisapur 555-2 is a high-quality, viscoplastic two-component polyurethane adhesive for permanent bonds in industrial and commercial applications.
• The adhesive is characterised by its high strength values, low flammability, good heat resistance, high resistance to weathering, ageing and chemicals as well as its controlled and reliable cross-linking.
• Its very broad adhesion spectrum makes it suitable for most materials, especially metals such as treated aluminium, plastics such as PVC-hard, fibre-reinforced plastics and, of course, stone, natural stone, ceramics, gypsum fibre boards, wood-based materials, HPL, etc.
• Typical applications include staircase construction, where Wisapur 555-2 is used as a high-strength, viscoplastic adhesive and levelling compound for bonding stair treads or for bonding sandwich and balustrade elements, cladding, surface layers, vehicle superstructures, shipbuilding, stable ventilation pipes, etc.
• The adhesive is volume-stable, VOC-free (solvent-free) and can be sanded, drilled and painted over when cured. It is suitable for bridging unevenness and filling cavities.
