Wikofix VKB 607

Pre-compressed PUR joint sealing tape to DIN 18542 - BG 1, hardly inflammable to DIN 4102 - B1, ANTHRACITE

Wikofix VKB 607 has been formulated for direct exposure joints in building construction and exterior applications and can be used in a variety of ways for:

• sealing between masonry and window or door frames
• sealing of partition wall elements, coupling profiles, trusses
• foam barrier (prevents expansion of assembly foam)
• container, metal and façade construction (incl. natural stone façades), roof construction (windproof connection of foils)
• high-quality formwork and sealing tape
• connection element for vibration and noise isolation
• ideal for window manufacture, Fassadenbau, interior finishing, half-timbered building, noise protection construction, timber construction and handicraft

Product benefits:

• fulfils BG1, the highest stress group according to DIN 18542
• driving rain proof ≥600 Pa
• vapour permeable (acc. to DIN 18542 BG1), thus significantly reducing the risk of wood rot and fungal infestation in neighbouring materials
• flame retardant (B1 acc. to DIN 4102-1)
• bridging large unevennesses

• when used correctly reliable and durable sealing against driving rain, splash water, noise, dust, draughts and heat loss (reduces energy costs)
